• Determine ways to reduce costs and effectively manage FTE within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction.
• Using customer feedback improve and refine services as needed.
• Build partnerships and consult with team leaders to determine the services, delivery criteria and solutions.
• Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the performance of the business.
• Provide monthly or quarterly high qualitative MIS for management review and analysis.
• Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and save on time.
• Define, simplify, standardise processes and implement best practices.

10 to 15 Years experience handling process delivery, clients, and people management

Master’s degree in M. Com or MBA in Finance and CA, CMA or CPA preferred

Core experience in end-to-end finance and property accounting domain

Experience in handling customer onboarding and transition life cycle management
