Job summary

Navya Mantra Hr Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to own the Back Office product in a broking environment in India. You will lead developments covering settlements, trade processing lifecycle, and client ledger management to ensure smooth funds handling.

The role demands deep knowledge of exchange reporting and regulatory compliance, plus the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with Operations and Compliance teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Broking Backoffice with settlement lifecycle understanding.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects.
