Incred is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee daily trade processing, settlements, and MTF management across Cash, Derivatives, and Commodities. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and robust audit management to ensure zero findings.

The ideal candidate will handle reconciliation, billing, and payout processes while coordinating with finance and broking teams to maintain smooth operations and accurate settlements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade processing, billing, and securities settlement.
• Manage MTF products, margin allocation and broking funds flow.
• Execute SEBI client payouts and timely retention statements.
• Reconcile exchange charges, STT, MTF interest, and DPC.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/Exchange rules and audit readiness.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced operations professional to oversee daily trade processing, securities settlement, and Margin Trading Facility (MTF) management across Cash, Derivatives, and Commodities segments. The ideal candidate will ensure operational accuracy, robust regulatory compliance, and seamless audit management.

Key Responsibilities

Core Operations & Trade Processing:

• Daily trade processing, billing, and securities settlement.
• Manage MTF products, margin allocation, margin movement, and broking funds flow.
• Execute monthly/quarterly SEBI client payout processes and issue retention statements on time.

Reconciliation & Billing:

• Reconcile exchange charges, STT, MTF interest, and Delayed Payment Charges (DPC).
• Matching of Exchange obligations and Recon of daily trade, Securities balances.

Compliance & Audits:

• Ensure full compliance with SEBI, Depositories (DP), and Stock Exchange regulations.
• Maintain strict internal controls to ensure zero high-risk internal or exchange audit findings.
• Handle audit requirements and resolve compliance queries promptly.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-7+ years in Stock Broking Operations (specifically Funds, Accounts, and Settlements)

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with broking back-office software (Shilpi Back-Office preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Competencies: Strong knowledge of SEBI/Exchange regulations, process-ownership mindset, analytical problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal skills.
