Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business analytics, preferably within mutual funds, wealth management, or BFSI domain.
• NISM Series V A certification for Mutual Funds Distributor.
• Excellent communication and confidence in conveying insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and performance reports for AUM, flows, market share, product performance, and investor trends.
• Analyze distributor behavior, channel performance, investor demographics, and product contribution.
• Develop investor lifecycle insights: acquisition, activation, retention, SIP behavior, churn prediction, and product penetration.
• Build predictive models around SIP longevity, AUM growth, cross-sell potential, distributor behavior, and redemption risk.

Position Purpose:

The BusinessAnalytics role will help the retail sales function in driving data‑drivendecision‑making across the mutual fund products and channels they work with.This role involves delivering actionable insights that support AUM growth,improve investor experience, strengthen distribution effectiveness, and enhanceoverall business performance.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. BusinessPerformance Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models, andperformance reports for tracking AUM, flows, market share, product performance,and investor trends.
• Generate insights on distributor behavior, channelperformance, investor demographics, and product contribution.
• Identify drivers of growth, opportunities, gaps, andemerging business patterns through advanced data analysis.
• Analyze channel‑wise sales productivity, sales funnelmovement, campaign performance, and branch‑level profitability.
• Provide insights to support sales strategy, territoryplanning, and distributor segmentation.

3. CustomerAnalytics

• Develop investor lifecycle insights—acquisition,activation, retention, SIP behavior, churn prediction, and product penetration.
• Support sales teams with segmentation, targeting, andpersonalization analytics.

4. Predictive& Advanced Analytics

• Build predictive models around SIP longevity, AUMgrowth, cross-sell potential, distributor behavior, and redemption risk.
• Present insights and recommendations to seniorleadership, enabling quick and informed decision-making.
