Job summary

RAJSRIYA GROUP OF INDUSTRIES in Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, invites an experienced production leader to plan and execute production schedules, optimize throughput and maintain quality. The role requires implementing lean techniques like 5S and Kaizen to reduce waste and improve productivity, while supervising and mentoring a team.

The incumbent will manage budgets, material procurement and inventory, review daily plant performance across Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room, and

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing production schedules.
• Knowledge of lean techniques (5S, Kaizen) to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Strong focus on delivering quality products.
• Experience supervising and mentoring team members.
• Understanding of budgeting, procurement and inventory management.
• Familiarity with TPM and sustained improvements.
