Job summary

Force Motors in India requires a skilled technician to handle body shop equipment, perform corrections on abnormalities, repair and modify spare parts, and implement improvements based on problem analysis. The role includes weekly/monthly MIS reporting and ongoing analysis of recurring issues with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Understanding & knowledge of welding technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, spot/MIG welding machines, robots and material handling equipment; experience with kaizens, QCC, TPM, IATF and EOHS in auto OEM / Tier I/II supply chains.
