Job Description

Engineering Managers at Merkle lead delivery for Promotions and Loyalty Services platforms, ensuring quality, performance, and client outcomes across software development, QA, and engineering operations. They manage multi-disciplinary teams, partner with global stakeholders, contribute to solutioning and pre-sales, and make critical decisions on technology, delivery, and people management.

Must Have Skills

• Technical fluency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, MySQL (or similar) RESTful API development, integration, and microservices architecture
• Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js (or similar)
• Version control (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and engineering best practices
• Proven leadership in scaling engineering organizations

Educational Qualification
