Direct Dialogue Initiatives is seeking a Senior Major Gifts Consultant to lead major funding initiatives, engage with HNIs and family offices, and support domestic individual philanthropy for climate solutions in India.

The role requires mapping HNI networks, developing donor engagement strategies, and coordinating donor visits across the country, with a strong emphasis on ethical fundraising and impact reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in major donor fundraising, wealth management, family office advisory, or high-level business development.
• Strong HNI engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience navigating high-stakes environments and engaging with senior wealth holders.
• Excellent strategic communication and storytelling abilities.
• Deep alignment with environmental protection, social justice, and ethical fundraising.
