Job summary

Arthan is seeking a proactive Senior Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising efforts and build partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutional stakeholders to support education and social impact initiatives.

You will identify opportunities across CSR, grants, and government tenders, develop proposals, manage relationships, and travel extensively across India to meet funding partners and represent the organisation at events.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of fundraising, partnerships, or institutional funding experience.
• Proven ability to independently raise 2 crore or more annually.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to travel across India.
