Job summary

Arthan in Delhi seeks a proactive fundraising professional to drive income through CSR, grants and institutional funding. You will build partnerships with corporates, foundations and other funding partners to support education and social impact initiatives.

You will develop proposals, presentations and reports for current and prospective partners, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely reporting. Willingness to travel across India is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Proven track record of independently raising ₹2 crore or more annually.
• Strong communication, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, target-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Interest in education and social impact.
