The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in CBG environments and a strong background in anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, and utility systems, plus leadership capabilities to guide the plant workforce.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Energy) or Diploma with relevant experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in Compressed Biogas plants.
• Hands-on experience in anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, PLC/SCADA, and utility systems.
• Strong leadership, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CBG plant operations to achieve production targets.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Optimize plant performance and process efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor plant operators and maintenance teams.

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operations & Maintenance Engineer to lead the operations and maintenance of our Compressed Biogas (CBG) Plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CBG plants with strong expertise in plant operations, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and team management.
