Job summary

LR Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Coordinator – CBG to join our Project Management Consultancy team in India. You will manage the entire CBG plant lifecycle from design through commissioning, coordinating with clients, technology providers, and on-site contractors.

The role requires 8–10 years of project coordination experience, preferably in Biogas or related plants, with knowledge of anaerobic digestion and gas purification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Bio-Technology, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years in project coordination (prefer Biogas/Oil & Gas/Water).
• Knowledge of anaerobic digestion and gas purification.
• Mechanical familiarity: pumps, blowers, high‑pressure storage.
• MS Office, MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD viewing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts.
• Act as liaison between clients, technology providers, and on-site contractors.
• Ensure MNRE, PESO, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of mechanical equipment and cultures.
• Prepare Project Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Conduct site inspections to verify conformance with P&ID and GA drawings.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically proficient Senior Coordinator – CBG to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. In this role you will coordinate the entire CBG plant lifecycle, ensuring engineering designs, regulatory compliance, and site execution align with client goals.

Estimated Salary Range

• Project Coordinator (Min. 8‑10 years experience): ₹7,50,000 – ₹8,50,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Project lifecycle management: oversee timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts across pre‑feasibility, design, procurement, and commissioning phases.
• Technical liaison: act as primary bridge between clients, technology providers, and on‑site contractors.
• Quality & compliance: ensure adherence to MNRE guidelines, PESO standards, and environmental regulations.
• Resource coordination: monitor delivery and installation of critical mechanical equipment and biological cultures.
• Reporting: prepare comprehensive Project Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Reports highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Site inspection: conduct periodic visits to verify construction against approved P&ID and GA drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Bio‑Technology, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 8‑10 years in project coordination, preferably in Biogas, Oil & Gas, or Water Treatment plants.
• Technical knowledge: understanding of anaerobic digestion processes and gas purification technologies (preferable).
• Mechanical familiarity: pumps, blowers, high‑pressure storage cascades.
• Software proficiency: MS Office, MS Project or Primavera, and basic AutoCAD viewing.
• Soft skills – good communication, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.

Additional Notes

A successful candidate will ensure the CBG project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the specific methane yield targets promised to the client. This role requires a balance of office‑based planning and occasional travel to project sites, often in rural or semi‑urban industrial areas.
