Role & responsibilities

The Senior Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and automation equipment in the plan

Basic knowledge of SAP for maintenance spare parts planning.

• Hands-on experience with Servo Drives and Servo Motors.

Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Knowledge of Relay Logic Circuits (RLC) and electrical control circuits. Understanding of all types of industrial sensors, including: o Proximity Sensors o Photoelectric Sensors o Inductive & Capacitive Sensors o Limit Switches o Temperature & Pressure Sensors

Knowledge of Pneumatic Systems, including valves, cylinders, FRL units, solenoid valves, and air compressors.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Knowledge of 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.

Knowledge of Utility (DG set, HT line / Substation, LT panel, Air compressor & dryer and Fire safety, ect).

Candidate Profile
