Job summary

Ericsson Noida is seeking a dynamic MS Core and Cloud Specialist to join our Operations Engine. You will interface with CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core and Cloud domains, driving the full cycle from Create to Evolve in managed services deliveries.

The role emphasizes automation, analytics, and proactive restoration, with responsibilities to design automation-based solutions, support domain teams, and enhance recovery processes while upholding service delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Core/Cloud domains across CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core and Cloud.
• Familiarity with automation and analytics use cases.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with service delivery in a managed services context.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Core and Cloud domain expertise to support Domain Support and Automated Operations teams.
• Assist Automation and Analytics team by offering Core and Cloud knowledge for analytics and automation use cases.
• Design and uphold automation-based solutions, investigating issues with automation components.
• Enhance and propel recovery processes.
• Create, preserve, and augment automated Service Delivery methodologies.
• Carry out trend analysis to proactively identify issues and initiate restoration.
