Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Domain Support Specialist SAPC, based in Noida, to take full responsibility for configuration, updates and trouble-ticket handling on 5G/VoLTE core nodes.

You will troubleshoot SAPC, CCPC and SCP, perform preventive and planned maintenance, manage outages, and coordinate with customers, 3PP and Ericsson departments.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and BE/BTech in Electronics/CS from a reputed university.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electronics and Communications or CS from a reputed university.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAPC/VoLTE/5G networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SAPC/CCPC/SCP 5G/VoLTE network.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Planned maintenance and health checks.
• Escalate and follow up on problems (TT/CSR/SR).
• Interface with customers, 3PP and Ericsson teams.
• Ensure smooth handover from project with quality service.
• Outage reporting.
• Adherence to processes.

Ericsson is currently seeking a dynamic Domain Support Specialist SAPC, based in Noida, supporting Ericsson network architectures in a 24x7 environment The main purpose is to take full responsibility and ensure configuration/updates/Trouble tickets handling on various Core nodes related to 5G/VoLTE Network.

What you will do

• Troubleshooting on Ericsson SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE Network.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
• Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc)
• Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/SR)
• Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments
• Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
• Outage reporting
• Adherence to Processes

You will bring

• Expertise on Diameter & HTTP Signaling.
• Diameter & HTTP Cause Codes and its understanding.
• VoLTE/5G Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding.
• Expertise on Ericsson SAPC, vSAPC, CCPC & SCP.
• LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS and 5G call flows and roaming call flows.
• VoLTE/5G Network Architecture, interfaces, and its subparts.
• Performance & Characteristics of SAPC/PCRF/CCPC/SCP Network Nodes.

Key Qualification

• Education: B.E/B. Tech in Electronics and Communications/Computer Science and Engineering from Reputed University.
• Experience: 3-5 years
