• Experience reading electrical/mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead elevator erection and installation activities per drawings and standards.
• Carry out mechanical/electrical installation, alignment, wiring and site tasks.
• Perform testing, adjustment and commissioning of elevators.
• Ensure on-time project handover and quality/safety compliance.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions during erection/commissioning.
• Coordinate with project teams and customers; maintain site documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior Lift Technicians with strong hands‑on expertise in Elevator Erection, Installation & Commissioning (E&C).

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with an MNC elevator/lift company and be capable of independently handling elevator erection, commissioning, troubleshooting and site‑related technical activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Requirements

• - 5–6 years of relevant experience in the elevator/lift industry is mandatory.
• - Previous experience with an MNC elevator company is mandatory.
• - Strong hands‑on experience in Elevator Erection & Commissioning (E&C).
• - Proven ability to independently execute elevator installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
• - Strong knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems.
• - Experience in elevator alignment, wiring, testing, adjustment and commissioning.
• - Good understanding of lift controllers, electrical components, safety circuits and related systems.
• - Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• - Ability to identify technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• - Good knowledge of elevator safety standards, installation procedures and quality requirements.
• - Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• - Good communication and coordination skills.
• - Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• - Execute elevator erection and installation activities as per approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
• - Carry out mechanical and electrical installation, alignment, wiring and related site activities.
• - Perform testing, adjustment and commissioning of elevators.
• - Ensure elevators are commissioned within the planned project timelines.
• - Identify and resolve technical issues during erection and commissioning.
• - Conduct functional and safety checks before handing over the elevator.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• - Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevator systems.
• - Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• - Attend breakdowns and customer service requirements promptly.
• - Ensure elevators operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

Site & Customer Coordination

• - Coordinate with Project, Service and other technical teams for smooth execution.
• - Liaise with customers and site teams during installation, testing and commissioning.
• - Maintain proper documentation and site reports.
• - Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and installation procedures.
• - Follow all applicable elevator safety requirements and site safety protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile
