Job Type: Full-Time / On-site
Location: Bengaluru, IndiaRole OverviewYou will execute the end-to-end technical processes for our elevator systems. This includes the mechanical and electrical erection of new lifts, performing routine safety maintenance, diagnosing complex issues, and ensuring overall smooth daily elevator operations.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Erection

• Mechanical Erection: Position and assemble elevator guide rails, car frames, counterweights, motors, and doors according to engineering blueprints.
• Electrical Wiring: Lay down hoistway cables, wire the main controller panels, and connect safety switches, limit switches, and cabin operating panels.
• Comply with Blueprint Specifications: Interpret structural drawings and technical schematics accurately to fit equipment into the designated lift shaft.

Maintenance & Operations

• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular, scheduled servicing of lifts to ensure oil levels, brakes, ropes, and safety gears function flawlessly.
• Testing & Commissioning: Run comprehensive operational tests on newly erected or repaired lifts before handing them over to clients.
• Breakdown Resolution: Respond quickly to emergency breakdown calls, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults, and replace faulty parts to minimize downtime.

Safety & Customer Service

• Safety Protocol: Strictly adhere to company and industrial safety regulations (PPE, lock-out/tag-out procedures) while working in shafts and machine rooms.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with building managers or residents regarding lift status, required repairs, and estimated timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Any Education.
• Technical Experience:
• 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in elevator installation, erection, or maintenance.
• Freshers with a strong technical background and a quick willingness to learn elevator operations will also be considered for junior roles.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work comfortably at heights, inside confined lift shafts, and lift heavy equipment components.
