Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain home elevators.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine equipment requirements.
• Test newly installed elevators to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical elevator components.
• Handle electrical wiring tasks with knowledge of electronics.
• Maintain detailed service logs and logs of repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with team members and take initiative on tasks.

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain home elevators.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine equipment requirements.
• Test newly installed elevators to ensure compliance with technical and safety specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical elevator components.
• Handle electrical wiring tasks with strong knowledge of electronics.
• Maintain detailed logbooks documenting all repairs, checks, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, standards, and building codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all job locations.
• Coordinate effectively with team members; be a quick learner and a reliable team player.
• Take initiative and handle additional responsibilities when required.

Skills & Competencies
