Bondada Engineering seeks a Liaisoning Executive to manage government permissions, statutory approvals, land coordination, and communication with local authorities for solar power projects across Maharashtra.

The role involves coordinating with MSEDCL, MEDA, MSETCL, and other agencies, obtaining NOCs and licenses, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting land-related activities and project teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Knowledge of government procedures and approvals.
• Experience in solar projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi; English helpful.
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
• Good documentation and coordination.
• Strong local Maharashtra networking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for solar project approvals and permissions.
• Handle liaisoning with authorities such as MSEDCL, MEDA, MSETCL, local administration, revenue department, MIDC, DISCOMs.
• Obtain and follow up on various NOCs, licenses, permissions, certificates, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with Tehsil, Taluka, District Collector, Gram Panchayat, Municipal authorities, and Revenue Department as required.
• Support land-related activities such as 7/12 records, land conversion, lease documentation, mutation, access roads, and ROW coordination.
• Track applications, documents, fees, approvals, and renewal requirements.
• Regularly visit government offices and project sites to resolve pending issues.
• Maintain strong working relationships with government officials, local representatives, landowners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal Project, Land, Legal, Engineering, and Construction teams.
• Prepare status reports showing approval progress, pending applications, issues, and expected timelines.
• Identify potential regulatory or local issues and escalate them to management.
• Assist in resolving local-level issues that may affect project development or construction.
• Ensure all liaising activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
