Job summary

Bondada Group is seeking a Liaisoning Manager in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role focuses on managing relations with government departments and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals for project execution.

You will handle land, law-and-order, and community issues at site, while coordinating with project teams to align timelines and compliance. Extensive travel is required to engage with various authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in EPC/Infrastructure/Power Transmission liaisoning roles.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline; background in Law or Public Administration preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage land and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government departments (Forest, Revenue, PWD, Electricity Board, Police, Panchayat, District Administration) for approvals and NOCs.
• Facilitate RoW, land acquisition, way-leave, tree-felling clearances, and crossing permissions.
• Manage local community relations; resolve law-and-order issues and compensation matters.
• Track pending applications and expedite approvals through regular follow-up with authorities.
• Build relationships with government officials, local leaders, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain approval documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align liaisoning with project schedules.
• Handle escalations related to public opposition or local disputes.
• Prepare status reports/MIS on liaisoning activities for management.

Job Purpose

Manage relationships with government departments, statutory bodies, and local authorities to secure approvals, permits, and clearances required for project execution and resolve land, law-and-order and community issues at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with government departments (Forest, Revenue, PWD, Electricity Board, Police, Panchayat, District Administration, etc.) for statutory approvals and NOCs
• Facilitate right-of-way (RoW), land acquisition, way-leave permissions, tree-felling clearances, and road/rail/river crossing permissions
• Manage local community relations; resolve law-and-order issues and handle compensation/rehabilitation matters
• Track pending applications/approvals and expedite through regular follow-up with authorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, local leaders, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements; maintain approval documentation
• Coordinate with internal project/execution teams to align liaisoning activities with project schedules
• Handle escalations related to public opposition, agitation, or local disputes
• Prepare status reports/MIS on liaisoning activities for management
