LR Energy is seeking a Manager-Liaisoning to oversee land acquisition, due diligence, and approvals for government and utility projects in Haryana/Gurugram. The role requires coordinating with state and district authorities and securing necessary permissions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure land on lease or purchase basis.
• Perform title due diligence and coordinate with authorities.
• Liaise with State Government, District Administration, Revenue Authorities, and other bodies.
• Obtain statutory approvals for CBG and Solar Projects.
• Coordinate with DISCOM and other departments for approvals.

Position -Manager-Liaisoning

Compensation: 7,20000/- to 8,40000/- Per Annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Identification and acquisition of land on lease or purchase basis.
• Title due diligence and coordination with concerned authorities.
• Liaison with State Government, District Administration, Revenue Authorities, Industrial Development Authorities, Panchayats, and Urban Local Bodies.
• Obtaining statutory approvals for CBG and Solar Projects.
• Co-ordination with Discom authorities for smooth approvals;
• Coordination with departments such as:
  • Pollution Control Board
  • Fire Department
  • Electricity Distribution Company (DISCOM)
  • Electrical Inspectorate
  • Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), where applicable
  • Forest Department
  • Revenue Department
  • Gram Panchayat
  • National Highway Authority, Railways, Irrigation Department, etc., wherever required
• Obtaining NOCs and permissions from concerned authorities.
• Coordination with authorities for environmental and statutory compliance.
• Monitoring validity and renewal of approvals.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance records and MIS.

Required Qualifications

• B. Com/L.L. B preferred
• 4–5 years of experience in liaisoning is required.
• Candidates with relevant experience in land liaisoning and government approvals will also be considered.

Skills Required

Should have experience in change of Land use (CLU) – Permission required to convert of Land from designated Category.
