Job summary

OpenText is seeking a VIM consultant for the Global Support Team in Bangalore. The role requires 5–12+ years of experience, with hands-on expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP modules. You will scoping problems, troubleshoot efficiently, and contribute to end-to-end VIM implementation and support projects in a high-volume environment.

Expect shifts during weekdays and on-call weekends. Bengaluru-based position with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with relevant technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem scoping.
• University/college degree in a related discipline.
• Willingness to work in shifts on weekdays and on-call weekends.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with OpenText VIM.
• Strong SAP workflow and ABAP programming skills.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
• Experience with ALV report development.
• Working knowledge of SAP FI/MM modules (technical) and business processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and web services.
• Dialog programming and building custom screens/transactions.
