Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru seeks a SAP OpenText IES specialist to join our team. You will support VIM/IES, handle OCR processing, and ensure smooth SAP ECC operations, with a focus on incident resolution and service quality.

The role involves coordinating with business and technical teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing to deployment and change activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL practices and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Support OpenText VIM and IES including OCR processing and invoice capture.
• Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
• Ability to work in shifts supporting multiple regional support

• Support OpenText VIM and Information Extraction Service (IES) including OCR processing, invoice capture, document workflow, archive management, interface troubleshooting, and invoice automation improvements.
• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
