Our requirements

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• Over 10 years of professional experience in QA with expertise in test automation and manual testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure preferred) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database validation techniques.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor QA teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create detailed test documentation, test strategies, and low‑level designs.
• Experience in testing both web-based and desktop-based applications.

Good to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with microservices testing and distributed systems validation.
• Knowledge of security testing practices, including vulnerability scanning and secure coding validation.
• Hands on test-case writing experience with MS excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, xUnit, NUnit).
• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and product-based companies in domains such as wind, automotive, and industrial.
