Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Senior Engineer – Concept Development to drive innovative manufacturing concepts for NPI projects and continuous improvement across global production solutions. This role focuses on evaluating processes, creating specifications, and deploying new technologies to enhance efficiency.

You'll work in a hybrid setting with cross-functional teams, leveraging Lean principles, risk assessment, and lifecycle knowledge to deliver impactful manufacturing concepts and solutions.

Education:

• Master's degree(or bachelor's degree with experience)in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or production development.
• Experience working within manufacturing or production environments.
• Understanding product lifecycle management processes.
• Experience with feasibility studies, process development, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Renewable energy industry experience is beneficial but not required
