Our Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and predictive modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Scikit‑learn, Pandas, NumPy; exposure to PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation design, model tuning, and ML theory.
• Experience deploying ML models using MLFlow, Azure ML, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Strong project management capabilities — scoping, planning, sprint/task management, risk handling.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, with ability to work independently.
• Experience with cloud‑based analytics ecosystems (Azure preferred).

Good to Have

• Experience with GenAI, LLM‑based solutions, embeddings, or vector databases.
• Familiarity with feature stores, Delta Lake, or real‑time inference.
• Prior involvement in enterprise‑scale AI/ML project delivery.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
