Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a senior structural design expert with 14-16 years of experience to lead the analysis and design of residential, commercial, and hospital buildings. The role requires strong proficiency in RCC, steel and composite design, and IS codes for detailing.

The candidate should manage a team of junior engineers and modellers to deliver drawings and calculations, review BIM models and coordinate site construction activities. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of 14-16 years in structural design.
• Knowledge of RCC, structural steel and composite design.
• Knowledge of IS Codes for structural design & detailing.
• Able to handle tender design, pre-bid coordination and tender submissions.
• Manage a team of junior engineers & modellers to deliver structural drawings & design calculations/reports.
• Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.
• Able to review BIM models.
• Good practical knowledge of site construction activity.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.

The candidate must have experience of Analysis & Design of Residential, Commercial & Hospital Buildings.

• He/ She should have relevant Experience of 14-16 yrs. in structural design field.
• Should be well versed in design of RCC, structural steel and composite design
• Should have knowledge of relevant latest IS Codes related to structural Design & Detailing.
• Able to handle tender design, pre-bid coordination and tender submissions
• Should be able to manage team of junior engineers & modellers to deliver structural drawings & Design calculations/Reports.
• Should have good knowledge of Analysis Design Software like ETABS, SAFE, STAAD etc.
• Should be able to review BIM models
