Job summary

Stellar Ventures is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in India to lead design of precast and RCC building structures. You will perform structural analysis, develop models in ETABS and SAFE, and review detailing and shop drawings. The role requires coordinating with consultants and ensuring safe, economical solutions compliant with IS codes.

Experience in high-rise, residential or commercial projects is preferred, with 7–12 years in relevant roles. A B.Tech/B.E.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in precast/high-rise building structures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ETABS and SAFE for analysis and design.
• Good understanding of IS Codes and structural detailing.

Responsibilities

• Structural analysis and design of precast and RCC building structures.

• Design of columns, beams, slabs, foundations, shear walls, and joints.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with strong experience in precast and RCC building structures. The candidate should have hands on expertise in structural analysis and design using ETABS and SAFE and should be capable of independently handling structural design and coordination.

• Structural analysis and design of precast and RCC building structures.
• Develop and review structural models using ETABS and SAFE.
• Design of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, foundations and other structural elements.
• Design and detailing of precast elements and connections/joints.
• Review structural drawings, design calculations and reinforcement details.
• Review shop drawings and resolve structural/site-related technical issues.
• Carry out structural checks as per applicable IS Codes and project specifications.
• Review structural analysis/design submissions from consultants and vendors.
• Ensure structural designs are safe, economical and practical for execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 7-12 years, preferably with significant experience in precast/high-rise building structures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ETABS and SAFE.
• Good understanding of precast structural systems and connections.
• Strong knowledge of RCC design and structural detailing.
• Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, including IS 456, IS 1893, IS 13920 and IS 15916.
• Ability to independently review structural calculations and drawings.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-rise/residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.

Qualification

B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
M. Tech in Structural Engineering will be an advantage.
