Job summary

DINESHCHANDRA R AGRAWAL INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled RCC & Steel Structural Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to design and analyze reinforced concrete and steel structures. You will handle design, detailing, and ensure compliance with IS codes and NBC.

Your responsibilities include producing calculations, coordinating with BIM teams, reviewing drawings, and supporting on-site construction to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective structures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design principles.
• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM tools such as Revit.
• Familiarity with IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for diverse projects.
• Prepare structural calculation reports, design basis reports, and technical specifications.
• Develop detailed structural drawings and coordinate with drafting/BIM teams.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural compatibility.
• Design foundations, retaining walls, slabs, beams, columns, shear walls.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC, and international standards where applicable.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submissions.
• Optimize structural designs for safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RCC & Steel Structural Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience designing and analyzing reinforced concrete and steel structures. The candidate will be responsible for structural design, detailing, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
