Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in India seeks a ServiceNow developer to promote automation and innovation within the R&D Automation platforms. You will help optimize end user workflows and develop new automation flows as part of the R&D automation team, delivering high-quality, self-service, fully automated platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Seven years of experience working on ServiceNow development and operations.
• Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes and practice using Lean or Agile.
• Good understanding of IT solutions and processes.
• Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and part of a larger organization.

Responsibilities

• You build/maintain ServiceNow flows that help deploy automated catalog items.
• You develop/maintain new components of the platform.
• You are the technical expert advising the organization on ways to improve on automation and helping to execute them.
• You can work effectively with other developers, operations staff, and other key stakeholders in the organization.
