Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Bengaluru seeks a ServiceNow Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and SPM.

You will facilitate workshops, define user stories and acceptance criteria, configure solutions, and support testing and go-live readiness, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow related roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/SPM modules.
• Experience in workshops and agile delivery lifecycle.
