Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and related technologies. You will lead design/implementation, optimize ETL for data migration, and manage CPQ, LWC, Flow, and integration with REST/SOAP APIs.

You will mentor teams, ensure data privacy compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders on contact-center configurations (NICE). This role requires enterprise-scale delivery experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Senior Lead Engineer

Experience Range:

With at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and related technologies, including up to 8 years in enterprise‑scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes for data mapping, migration from legacy systems to SaaS platforms, and reconciliation and validation of financial data.
• Configure and manage Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and CPQ to support complex financial service workflows.
• Design robust data models and integration architectures, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to enable seamless connectivity with external systems.
• Oversee the handling and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Plan and execute cutover activities for system migrations, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity throughout transition phases.
• Review code and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and high-quality deliverables across Salesforce and integration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to configure contact-center solutions (such as NICE and telephony integrations), enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Implement and oversee unit testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable Salesforce solutions.
