Job summary

Brillio 2 in Pune is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

You will build Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrate systems via REST/SOAP; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is desirable.
• Experience with Agentforce features and Data Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and custom Salesforce components.

Senior Software Development Engineer

Experience Range:

With at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including significant expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL queries, and custom Salesforce components for enhanced functionality.
• Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Configure and enhance Agentforce features, including Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Actions, and AI-driven use cases for improved agent productivity.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation to drive actionable analytics.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in deployments and production support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and other technical teams.
• Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
