Job summary

Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd is hiring a senior MS CRM/D365 professional to lead delivery on multiple projects. The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integration, plus strong team leadership and client coordination.

You will design technical architectures, translate requirements into specifications, ensure test coverage, and guide the team to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions within the .NET ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Min 5 to 10 years in MS CRM or Dynamics 365 Experience in leading 1 or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery.
• Educational qualification: BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science
• Atleast 2 years’ experience of developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Should able to lead team and project.
• Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
• Good understanding on D365 with working experience.
• Good Understanding on Power Apps, Good understanding on PCF Controls
• Good understanding of CRM Functional Modules
• Knowledge in Field Service and Project Service.
• Strong knowledge on Azure tools like Azure DeVops, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, CICD Pipeline etc.
• Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
• Strong and proved ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API) ;database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.

Responsibilities
