Job summary

Pan Gulf Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead landscape projects from concept through BIM modeling, documentation, and delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality design outputs and compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and partners, mentoring BIM professionals, and developing innovative landscape concepts and construction documentation for diverse projects in Pune/Nashik/Thane.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale landscape projects across US, UK, Europe, Germany and Middle East.
• Exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial, infrastructure and public realm projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Mentor Landscape BIM Architects and BIM Engineers through reviews, coaching and training.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, quality control and documentation for landscape projects.
• Coordinate landscape models/drawings with Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP and Infrastructure disciplines.
• Review and validate landscape designs, planting, hardscape, grading, drainage, irrigation, sections and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, client standards and regional regulations.
• Identify and resolve modeling/coordination issues; improve team productivity and project quality.
• Develop innovative landscape concepts, site/plans, planting/hardscape plans and detailed docs.

Job Objective

Lead landscape architecture projects from concept development through BIM modeling, documentation, coordination, and final project delivery. Ensure high-quality design outputs, compliance with project standards, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide Landscape BIM Architects and BIM Engineers through technical reviews, coaching, and training initiatives.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, quality control processes, and documentation practices for landscape projects.
• Coordinate landscape models and drawings with Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines.
• Review and validate landscape designs, planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, irrigation systems, sections, details, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and regional regulations.
• Identify and resolve modeling, documentation, and coordination issues while continuously improving team productivity and project quality.
• Develop innovative landscape design concepts, site plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, and detailed construction documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Landscape Architecture

Experience

• 4 to 9 years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale landscape projects across the US, UK, Europe, Germany, and Middle East regions.
• Exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial, infrastructure, and public realm projects.
