Job summary

Ajcapstone Infotech is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler with landscape expertise to join our Kochi team. The role focuses on building architectural and landscape BIM models using Revit, creating landscape layouts, site plans, and comprehensive documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong BIM workflows, coordination across disciplines, and a track record of delivering accurate, clash-free models in line with project standards and BIM execution plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma or a Bachelors degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural and landscape BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare landscape layouts, site plans, hardscape and softscape drawings, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
• Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain model accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.

Job Description: Architectural BIM Modeler Landscape

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler with Landscape experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural and landscape modeling, BIM workflows, and preparation of detailed drawings using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural and landscape BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare landscape layouts, site plans, hardscape and softscape drawings, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
• Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain model accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Experience in landscape modeling, site development, hardscape, and softscape elements.
• Knowledge of architectural design and construction drawings.
• Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, or other landscape design tools is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a relevant field.
