Job summary

My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd in Hyderabad seeks an Architect / Landscape Architect with 12-22 years of experience to lead design for high-rise residential projects and to develop SD, DD, Tender and Working drawings.

The role requires strong coordination with architects, MEP and site teams, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp to ensure designs are practical, aesthetically aligned with project requirements, and executed per approved drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in architecture or landscape architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant design and construction drawing experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential / real estate projects preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Architect Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and development of high-rise residential projects.
• Prepare and coordinate SD / DD / Tender / Working Drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Coordinate with site/project teams for design execution and drawing clarifications.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Landscape Architect – Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts, master plans and detailed landscape designs for residential projects.
• Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape and softscape drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural consultants and site teams.
• Prepare landscape working, tender and construction drawings.
• Select appropriate plant species, materials and landscape elements based on project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor landscape execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Review landscape drawings, details and material specifications.
• Coordinate with landscape contractors and consultants for smooth execution.
• Ensure landscape design is practical, aesthetically appropriate and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or relevant qualification.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in design and construction drawings.
• Experience in high-rise residential / real estate projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other relevant design software.
• Strong design, coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, detailing and site execution.
