The role involves advanced first-level troubleshooting, coordinating with L2/L3 teams, rack and stack activities, health checks, incident management, and ensuring security and access controls within the data center.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in data center infrastructure and operations.
• Good understanding of server hardware, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Experience with server installation, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote management tools such as iLO, iDRAC, or IPMI.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
