Job summary

QR Staff is seeking a Senior/Junior Video Editor for an on-site role in Bhopal to plan, edit, and produce video content that highlights QR Staff’s features, benefits, and user stories for social media, websites, tutorials, and campaigns.

You will assemble footage, apply transitions, sound, graphics, and basic animations, ensure brand alignment, and work with marketing and product teams to deliver high‑quality videos on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation tools (After Effects).
• Strong audio editing and sound design skills.
• Ability to script, storyboards, and organize footage.

• SaaS/tech startup experience is a plus.

Role Description

In this full-time on-site role based in Bhopal, the Senior/Junior Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing video content that showcases QR Staff’s features, benefits, and user stories. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, cutting and arranging clips, adding transitions, sound, graphics, and basic animations, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The Video Editor will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content for social media, websites, tutorials, and promotional campaigns, while maintaining consistent quality and style across all outputs. The role involves managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and suggesting creative ideas to enhance engagement and clarity for target audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create engaging visual elements.
• Proficiency in audio editing, sound design, and music selection to ensure clear and compelling video narratives.
• Ability to plan and structure video content, including scripting, storyboarding, and organizing footage for efficient workflows.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing formats (short-form videos, reels, ads) and platform-specific best practices.
• Attention to detail in color correction, visual consistency, and overall quality assurance across all video outputs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams on creative direction.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment is a plus, as well as a portfolio demonstrating video work for digital platforms.
