Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) in Film, Media Studies, Communications, Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Basic motion graphics/animation knowledge is a plus
• A good understanding of video pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio balancing
• Creative mindset with the ability to follow brand guidelines
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing work is mandatory

Performance Expectations:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, brand campaigns, and marketing materials
• Trim and sync audio/video, apply transitions, text, overlays, and visual effects
• Work closely with creative leads and content strategists to align edits with brand tone and objectives
• Source and organize stock footage, music, and other digital assets
