Job summary

ProSync Infotech is hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor based in New Delhi. You will assemble raw footage, trim and sequence clips, add transitions and effects, synchronize audio, color grade, and create basic motion graphics to meet client briefs.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver optimized videos for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage into polished videos meeting client briefs.

• Manage files and ensure quality and turnaround standards.
• Contribute to reels for company accounts on Instagram.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in New Delhi. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best shots, and editing video content to meet project objectives and client requirements. Daily tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, applying color correction and grading, and creating basic motion graphics and titles. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, designers, and marketing teams to understand briefs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver videos optimized for various digital platforms. The Video Editor will manage file organisation, adhere to quality and turnaround standards, and support continuous improvement of video workflows and visual storytelling. The video editor will get a chance to work on reels for the company account across multiple Instagram accounts with a combined following of more than 300K followers. Fast-paced, action-oriented, product- and knowledge-based reels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating polished, engaging video content.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and high-quality image presentation.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, overlays, and simple animated elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a good sense of pacing, composition, and sound synchronization are important.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, follow brand and project guidelines, and meet tight deadlines is required.
• Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field, along with prior experience in professional or agency environments, is an advantage.
