HypTechie is seeking a Senior Full Stack & AI Support Engineer to handle L2/L3 application and production support. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Google ADK Agents, Gemini API and RAG-based AI applications.

On-call duties apply as part of 24x7 production support. Candidate should excel in incident management, P1/P2 handling, and production troubleshooting, with proficiency in GCP Monitoring & Logging, Apigee,

Qualifications

12+ years of Java and microservices experience.
Strong Spring Boot and REST APIs skills.
Proficient with GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub.
Experience with Google ADK Agents and Gemini API.
Experience with RAG-based AI applications.
GCP Monitoring & Logging experience.
Experience with Apigee, Redis, AlloyDB.
L2/L3 production support, incident management and RCA.
Handle P1/P2 incidents and production troubleshooting.
