ANRGI TECH Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications using Java, Spring Boot, GCP, and microservices. You will participate in the full software lifecycle from architecture design to deployment.

You will lead integration efforts, implement CI/CD, ensure security and performance, and contribute to architectural decisions for cloud-native systems in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with minimum 8+ years in software development.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Full Stack Java Developerto join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust software applications and products that meet customer needs. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment, while working with modern technologies including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions
• Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (such as Agile) and technologies
• Assess software application and service requirements to determine the most suitable technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies
• Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Define and implement software test strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational vision, industry regulations, and market best practices
• Work on continuously improving application performance and optimizing code to maximize development efficiency
• Apply programming best practices including test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Support security practices to safeguard user data through encryption, anonymization, and secure coding standards
• Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces that enhance user experience
• Develop and maintain back-end applications including APIs and microservices using server-side languages
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver innovative solutions, monitoring and participating in solutions for new stack layers
• Address production incidents and implement fixes to ensure system reliability
• Complete all assigned tasks related to middleware development (GCP & GTHI)
• Lead development, testing, and migration of changes as part of enhancements and new product launches

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Full Stack Java Development:Proficiency in Java with hands-on experience building complete software solutions from front-end to back-end
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP):Demonstrated expertise in GCP services, architecture, and deployment
• Programming Language Proficiency:Advanced practical experience in at least one programming language, or practical experience in two or more coding languages
• Experience Level:10+ years in IT industry with minimum 8+ years in software development
• Leadership:Proven ability to guide and mentor team members
