Qualifications

• Extensive Full Stack Dev with Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
• REST APIs design, API integrations; Apigee experience beneficial.
• Strong GCP knowledge: GKE, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Monitoring.
• Experience in L2/L3 AMS Production Support and incident management.
• Familiarity with data/workflow tooling and DevOps CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications and troubleshooting AI services.

Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert with 8 to 13 years of experience to serve as a primary technical lead for our Full Stack and AI-enabled support engineering functions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Level 2 and Level 3 application support operations, acting as the key liaison for customers regarding incident resolution, release coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Your mandate includes driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) leadership, ensuring application stability, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. You will establish technical governance standards while collaborating with offshore teams to guarantee seamless 24/7 operational support. Additionally, you will guide the transition of knowledge and validate operational readiness for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall technical authority for the BidIQ Pricing Engine, Guidance Engine, and EnablerSwitch support frameworks.
  
• Lead critical incident management efforts, including P1 and P2 escalation bridges and production crisis resolution.
  
• Direct Root Cause Analysis reviews to implement preventive measures and eliminate recurring issues.
  
• Coordinate end-to-end release management, including deployments, post-production validations, and change control processes.
  
• Mentor and guide offshore support and cloud engineering teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  
• Participate in governance reviews, service reporting, and executive-level meetings with client leadership.
  
• Facilitate minor system enhancements and drive initiatives for continuous operational improvement.
  
• Manage knowledge transfer (KT) activities and validate the operational readiness of new systems or processes.
  
• Oversee technical governance, risk management, and escalation protocols while maintaining high standards of customer-facing leadership.
  

Requirements

• Core Development & Architecture: Extensive expertise in Full Stack Development, specifically Java and Spring Boot Microservices, with a deep understanding of Distributed Application Architecture.
  
• API & Integration: Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting REST APIs, API integrations, orchestration patterns, and experience with API Gateway solutions (e.g., Apigee).
  
• Cloud & Containerization: Strong command of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and Alloy DB.
  
• AI & Machine Learning Support: Hands-on experience supporting AI-enabled applications, including Google ADK Agents, Gemini API integrations, and RAG-based architectures. Must understand prompt execution flows and AI service troubleshooting.
  
• Operational Excellence: Proven track record in L2/L3 AMS Production Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and SLA adherence.
  
• Workflow & Scheduling: Knowledge of Scheduler and Workflow concepts within enterprise environments.
  
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Dataflow, Healthcare/Life Sciences domain knowledge, DevOps CI/CD toolchains, and AI-led automation tools.
  
• Specific Technical Stack: Mandatory proficiency in GCP Cloud Build, Java Microservices, and Java SpringBoot.
