Job summary

HARP is seeking a Hybrid full stack engineer with AI support capabilities to perform L2/L3 application support and engineering activities. The role involves handling incidents, RCA, and coordinating with release deployments in a hybrid work environment.

Candidates should be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Redis, and AlloyDB, with experience in API integration and workflow patterns for AI-enabled applications.

Qualifications

• We are looking for Full stack engineer and AI support engineer who perform L2/L3 application support and engineering activities.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot microservices, REST API design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Redis, AlloyDB, Kubernetes and API integrations/orchestration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support P1P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations
• Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions
• Support releases deployments and postproduction validations
• Assist with minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
