Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Mumbai Malad seeks a skilled Java AWS specialist to design and deliver scalable Java SOA applications. You will work in a Scrum team, building microservices with Spring Boot and integrating with AWS services, while mentoring peers and ensuring production readiness.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, secure coding practices, and hands-on delivery of production-ready code within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java/J2EE including core APIs, web services, multi-threaded programming, design patterns, and SOA.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Oracle/Cassandra NoSQL/SQL databases, including data modeling.
• Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, SNS, SQS, ELB, ECS, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, deploy, and support medium to large Java SOA applications, including client interaction, requirements validation, and production support.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment to deliver robust software solutions.

• Experience with Java/J2EE, including core APIs, web services, multi-threaded programming, design patterns, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot and event-driven architecture
• Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, Cassandra), including data modeling

Additional Technical Skills

• Experience with Kafka
