V2 Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an Experienced Java & AWS Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. You will provide technical direction to engineering teams and own critical architectural decisions.

The role requires hands-on coding with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS, plus mentoring colleagues, driving DevOps practices, and aligning tech with business goals. Bangalore/Chennai presence preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding in Java 17+.
• Strong AWS experience including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS.
• Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead, review code, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of Java/Spring Boot and AWS solutions.
• Design microservices, REST APIs, event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive use of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership, code/design reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support solutioning, estimations, POCs, and application modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of Java/Spring Boot and AWS solutions.
• Design microservices, REST APIs, event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive use of AWS services including EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, security, performance, scalability, and reliability best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support technical solutioning, estimation, POCs, and application modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on coding experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, S3, and RDS.
• Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API Design Patterns.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Log Insights, and log analytics for distributed tracing and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding and implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and messaging.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Manager - Level Bangalore or Chennai. Bangalore is Preferred.
