Siemens Energy in Gurugram seeks an experienced HRSD System Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization. You will architect solutions including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management, and HR Service Portal, while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance across multi-country HR services.

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD.
• Led 2–3 full-cycle HRSD implementations.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• CAD is a plus; strong English communication; CSS/PII data handling experience.

• Lead solution design workshops and produce architecture documents.
• Define coding standards, governance, and configuration best practices across HRSD.
• Architect integrations with HRIS/payroll systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Oversee data model design, security architecture, and platform scalability for HR data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and analysts.
• Conduct design reviews ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Support pre-sales efforts with effort estimation and technical input.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and HRSD roadmap; advise on upgrades.
• Ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance in HR data handling.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a HRSD System Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow HRSD system, ensuring it meets the organization’s needs and drives efficiency and productivity. Your knowledge kit should include a broad technical knowledge and experience across varying infrastructure requirements, development, system architecture and design.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Design and own the end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and HR Service Portal.
• Translate business requirements from HR stakeholders into scalable, well-governed technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops, produce architecture documentation (solution designs, integration diagrams, data models), and present recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Define and enforce coding standards, platform governance, and configuration best practices across the HRSD workstream.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party/HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, payroll systems) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Oversee data model design, security architecture (ACLs, data policies, PII handling), and platform scalability considerations specific to HR data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and configuration analysts within the project team.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Support pre‑sales and scoping activities, including effort estimation and technical proposal input, where required.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases and HRSD product roadmap, advising on upgrade impacts and new feature adoption.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (including GDPR) in the handling of employee data within the platform.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including at least 3 years focused specifically on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proven experience architecting and delivering at least 2–3 full‑cycle HRSD implementations.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules: Employee Case Management, Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Event Management, Document Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/UI Builder, ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and CMDB.
• Experience designing integrations with HRIS/payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
• Exposure to multi‑country/multi‑language HR service delivery configurations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.ServiceNow certifications required: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• Additional certifications preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Portuguese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities for HR use cases.
