Siemens Energy is seeking an SAP HR Application Analyst to support HR processes across our global ERP landscape. You will work with HR, Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to design, govern, and support SAP HR processes used across the organization, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformations.

You will manage global demand, coordinate business support for ERP systems, and translate requirements into functional specifications for complex SAP developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years designing and supporting SAP HR processes including HR mini-master data, CATS time recording, and employee vendor master integration.
• Knowledge of SAP HR integrations with Finance, Controlling, Concur, and external payroll systems.
• Experience in global process governance, demand management, and business support for IT-enabled processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Project management experience (scheduling, quality control, change communication).
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 15% of the time.

• Collaborate with application, Basis, Security, and Service Desk teams to resolve incidents, deliver changes, and maintain stable business operations.

Siemens Energy is looking for an SAP HR Application Analyst to support HR processes across our global ERP landscape. You will work with internal teams and IT service providers to keep multiple SAP ECC systems running reliably while helping standardize processes for the S/4HANA transformation. The role covers the full lifecycle of SAP solutions, from understanding business requirements through implementation and ongoing support.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, Controlling, and IT colleagues to design, govern, and support SAP HR processes used across the organization.

What You Bring

• At least 7+ years of experience designing and supporting SAP HR processes, including HR mini-master data, CATS time recording, and employee vendor master integration.
• Knowledge of SAP HR integrations with Finance, Controlling, Concur, and external payroll systems.
• Experience in global process governance, demand management, and business support for IT-enabled processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• German language proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Project management experience (scheduling, quality control, change communication).
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 15% of the time.
• Experience implementing SAP solutions in a multinational organization is preferred.
