IAssess Consultants LLP in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical roles. You will handle sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for multiple levels, coordinating with hiring managers to meet targets.

The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of IT recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean/X-ray methods, with a focus on data/cloud/security/AI roles.

Qualificações

• 4–8 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• End-to-end hiring for technology roles, including mid-level and senior-level professionals.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, and referrals.
• Strong IT knowledge, recruitment methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Handle hiring for technical and IT positions across multiple levels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, X-ray searches, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, counteroffers, and joining closures.
• Track and manage multiple open positions while ensuring timely closures and adherence to hiring targets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks for current and future needs.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support overall recruitment team performance.
